NOTE: You will need to complete the Social Clothing Quest a Maximum of 14 times for a full set of combined armor !!!  :shock:  :( ,  so you may find this utility handy. Its a map for AO of all the Social Clothing quest NPC's.

I stand corrected. :)

EDIT: 2.1k Chemistry for QL300 soup... hm, that's a tall order! But I believe I'll be able to get that much. Good thing I saved some IP for AI. :D

Never seen dropping QL 300 Bio Material that were Muated / pristine.

It drops. I seen a few times. Btw to make the combined you have to add 2 base armor pieces together. The question is who can start up a list to show which of the 2 is target/source so we know which one to make the higher ql :P

Depends on the type of bio-material you use. If you use Mutated, it's 7x QL. But, if you use Pristine bio-material, the req is much much lower (5x QL I beleive).

What defines the final ql of the armor? Is it the biomaterial which makes the soup?

The Kyr'Ozch Atomic Restructuring Tool is actually a fairly common drop on the landing parties from what I can see.  Heck I have so many I don't know what to do with them all:P

The nanobots are the harder stuff to get.

hmm try to get ql 300er pristine/mutated biomaterial, while i never seen 300er pristine/mutated bm, only 300er Viral Serum and Weapon upgrades.

Anyone know the QL rule for the source armor part when making combined?

ie.

QL300 Supple Armor Footwear (target)
+
<what min QL?> Observant Armor Footwear (source)
=
QL300 Combined Sharpshooter's Footwear

(Edit: Just made ql298 Mercenary Gloves from ql298 enduring gloves and ql274 strong gloves, so 90%+ definitely works. Anyone tried 80%? :P)

Probably a dumb question, but do the Viral bots then have to be the same ql or higher than the biometrial?

Fairly sure that everything needs to be within 20% of the final QL. So for ql 300 armor, you'd need ql 300 Bio-Material, ql 240+ on everything else.

For the second half of your combined, you'd need ql 240+ Bio-Material, and ql 192+ on everything else.
